Delegate operations platform for an international conference

University representatives and government officials fly into China for one conference. Every one needs a visa invitation letter, a hotel, a transfer and a badge, tracked across five desks at once.

  • 281 endpoints, a 50-table schema and 38 migrations applied to a live database
  • Invitation letters rendered to PDF on demand through headless Chromium, each with its own QR code
  • Two-layer permissions and refresh-token rotation with instant revocation

AI application pipeline for a study-abroad agency

An agency sending students to Chinese universities retyped the same passport, transcript and funding details into a different portal for every university. This reads the documents and fills the forms, and shows its working.

  • Two-pass Gemini extraction: research with search grounding, then re-verify every value against the source document
  • Six provenance labels, so a reviewer can see which values were read and which were inferred
  • Cancellable, reversible runs on a platform carrying 1,472 automated tests

Bilingual site and CMS for an education association

An association connecting Chinese and Bangladeshi universities needed its whole site in English and Chinese, edited by staff with no developer. I built it end to end, then ran a full security hardening pass on the live system.

  • Every security finding from a 68-item audit closed on the live system, with 18 of 18 write routes guarded
  • English and Chinese content stored as pairs in one write, so the two languages cannot drift apart
  • 174 translation keys kept identical in both locales, checked by a script

I am MD Nazmus Sakib, a backend-leaning full-stack engineer from Rangpur, Bangladesh. At EduApplify I was one of three founding developers and now lead a team of four: I plan the projects, review what ships, and write a large share of the code myself.

I like owning a system end to end: the schema, the authentication, the migrations, the deployment runbook. I have built production auth and permission systems four separate times and AI document-extraction pipelines twice. If it has to hold up with real users and real data, that is the work I want.

    One of three founding developers at a startup now six people strong. I lead the other four developers across three products, own the architecture and code review, and write the largest share of the code.

    • Built the backend of an international conference platform end to end: 281 endpoints, a 50-table schema, and 38 migrations applied to a live database.
